Summer season.

Hi all, well summer is kind of here...weather being fickle as ever! We are gearing up for the fab Festival at the Edge in Much Wenlock which we are attending again in July, it is a great storytelling event over 3 days and is well worth a visit!

Ludlow Medieval Christmas Fayre 2013!

Hello folks, its that time of year again, Autumn is here, its dark earlier, colder, and Christmas is looming! We will once again be trading at the wonderful Ludlow Medieval Christmas Fayre next weekend ( 23rd and 24th November) in full costume with lots of lovely gift items and many books that need re-homing! We have both hardbacks at £1 each and paperbacks at just 50p plus a few books that are a bit past their best at 20p each! Come and say hello and grab a bargain.

Hello all, it has literally been an age since we last blogged - that is to change! Sadly we have had to close down our online shop due to it really not paying for itself, we are however still attending events and shows, the next one being at Ludlow Castle on August 11th for the Knights of the Damned Jousting Team, they are fab and we were at their event at Apley earlier in the year, fingers crossed for dry weather!

Spring clean!

Hi folks, well its that time of year, in with the new (or more of the same) and out with the old. Great weekend!

Well, we spend so long getting ready for it, then its over in a flash - the Ludlow Medieval Christmas Fayre is done for another year. We had a great time as usual, saw some familiar faces and had some lovely chats with some lovely customers as well as meeting some new people. It was a very busy fayre, lots and lots of visitors, crowds of people which is all to the good! We are now back, the online shop is running again with the stock that we have left - although there isn't a lot, we will be restocking in the new year ready for events to come in 2012.

We have one event left on our calendar - the Moor Park Christmas Fayre this coming Saturday (3rd Dec), there will be Santa's grotto as well as many other stalls and attractions so do come along if you are in the area!

Ludlow Medieval Christmas Fayre

I know I know, its been so long since I posted here! This weekend we are trading again at the Ludlow Medieval Christmas Fayre –  it is the most amazing event with lots of medieval fun and frolics! It is nice to meet up with some of my fellow traders who I haven’t seen since the summer events so as ever we are really looking forward to it – fingers crossed for decent weather too!
